Thought this was appropriate considering the heatwave. This owlet seemed really determined to figure out how to turn on the "spa".

From a client session I did last week.....Meet Shorty!
I thought getting down to the Burrowing Owls eye level for photo's was tough, Shorty eye level is only a few inches off the ground ;-)
She pulled out all the tricks and was willing to do anything for treats.

The Proud Fisherman
Just a snapshot but I had to show this one.
Apparently this dog is pretty well known around the Hart's Landing area. His owner takes him over to the pier and if he doesn't catch something quick enough, the dog just tries to steal the other fisherman's catch.
Once his owner gets him a fish, he proudly carries it back to the bait shop as if he was the one to catch it. "Possession is 9/10th's of the law" right ;-)
Walking back to their car his owner opens the back door for him and he jumps in....fish and all.
