The photo licensed here is of our youngest Pug Mack. He just went in for a big dental procedure and surgery for a lump on his neck yesterday. So he doesn't look as pretty at the moment....we're calling him "frankenpug" even though we're a bit late for halloween.
He had 9 teeth extracted and has a huge surgical incision on his neck....and is being a big suck. Hoping the histopath results are going to show clean margins but at least he's home now and has me here to devote as much time to him as he needs. Another bonus to my "job", since I make my own schedule :-)

Old photo of Brytne, who was just killed by her mate at the Toronto Zoo on Thursday, December 15th. Most of my time visiting the zoo was spent with her, she was always my first stop and often I'd stay and watch her all day and run out of time to see any of the other animals.

For months, a three-year-old male Sumatran tiger – Harimau Kayu – imported from the San Diego Wild Animal Park in June for a breeding program seemed to be getting along with Brytne, a 13-year-old female tiger. But on Thursday morning when the pair were put in the same space together, Harimau Kayu lunged at the female in a fight, crushing her larynx.....

Festive Friend
This session was really fun.....took a bit of patience since Marley really wasn't sure she liked the Santa Hat at first! Shout out goes to my assistant Mike, who shall now be known as "Magic Mike" because he was able to get Marley to do everything I'd hoped for - and more. 10 Weeks old and she handled the session like a pro :-)
