My New Friend

I got back late tuesday night from a fantastic camping trip and since it was International Cat Day on the 8th, I thought I'd edit and post this one right away!  I was waiting for Bears to show up when this little one (who I've named Frankie) poked his head out from under a cottage porch and was intently watching me.  So I got my picnic blanket and settled down in the grass and it wasn't long before his curious nature overcame any fear he had of me.  I had a fun time photographing him but it was cut short when all of a sudden he looked spooked and ran off.  Two seconds later I had a 350lb black bear come out of the wooded area and she stood right in front of me....guess I know why the Frankie ran.
